Orders & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
All products are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, after which your order is shipped. Shipping within the EU usually takes 5–10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with on-demand fulfillment partners within the EU. Your order will be printed and shipped from one of our production facilities, currently located in Latvia or Spain, depending on availability.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to check the current status of your delivery. If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to contact us at support@ateliermanganel.com.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct. Then contact your local post office or courier and check with neighbors in case the package was left with them.
If the address was correct and the package cannot be located, please contact us at support@ateliermanganel.com with your order number and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, a replacement order can be sent, but it will be at your expense.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because all items are made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible shortly after the order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we’re no longer able to modify or cancel the order.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. All prices shown on our website include VAT, in accordance with EU regulations. Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
No. We currently ship only within the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import fees for EU orders.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the European Union. Orders with delivery addresses outside the EU cannot be processed at this time.

Are your products unisex?
Yes. All our products are unisex and designed to fit comfortably on all body types. Please check the size table to find the fit that works best for you.
What size should I choose?
We recommend checking the size table on the product page and comparing it with measurements from a T-shirt you already own. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, sizing up is usually a good option.
How are your products made?
All our products are made using print-on-demand. This means each item is printed especially for you after your order is placed. We work with carefully selected, high-quality production partners within the EU to ensure consistent quality and efficient shipping.
How should I wash and care for my garment?
To keep your garment looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out at 30°C, avoiding bleach, and not tumble drying. We also recommend air drying and ironing inside out at a low temperature if needed.
Will the print fade or crack over time?
Our prints are made using high-quality printing methods designed to last. With proper care, the print will remain vibrant and intact over time. As with all printed garments, frequent washing at high temperatures or tumble drying may reduce longevity.
Product disclaimers:
Some garments may have a slight vinegary or printing-related smell when first unpacked. This is temporary and will disappear after a few days and one wash cycle.
You may also notice slight discoloration or off-white residue on the fabric. These are not stains and are a normal result of the printing process; they will wash out after the first wash. All inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you notice a mark on your item, please wash it once before reporting a problem.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@ateliermanganel.com within a 5 working days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In cases where we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed no later than 14 days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@ateliermanganel.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll review the case and get back to you with a solution as quickly as possible.
