Shipping Policy

Processing times

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

Methods of shipping and delivery time

Standard Shipping:

  • T-Shirts and Hoodies: 5 to 10 business days

Overnight, Fast or Express shipping methods are not available at this time.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with all the major logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail.

Shipping restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We currently do not ship to the following countries: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria

Our shipping carriers also have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping. You can see the up-to-date information on their websites.

The list of countries may change periodically.

Tracking orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes.
  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Damaged or lost items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ateliermanganel.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier.

Custom and import taxes

Please note that customers may be responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may be applied to the orders.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
